Burr Ponds: Fundamental Consciousness

At the age of 23 I had the sudden recollection of drowning. After contacting my mother she confirmed and was suprised at my ability to remember. At the time of the incident I was only 15 months old. As a means of re-investigation of these fragmented memories, much of 2005 and 2006 was spent driving back and forth between Chicago and Adrian, Michigan, recording and shooting underwater in the same pond where I nearly drowned.
